Rules & Regulations Highlights |

Check-in |
Renters must register at the office and pay a $50 rental impact fee at their first opportunity, Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm. |

Rental Period |
Twenty-eight day minimum rental period. |
|
Max Speed Limit |
Speed limit is 5 mph, watch out for children at all times. |
|
Golf Carts |
Golf carts are to be operated only by persons with a license or a restricted license |

Children |
Children 12 years of age and under shall be supervised by an adult while on the dock, swimming pools, tennis courts, club house and lake areas. All adolescents under the age of 16 must be chaperoned after 10pm. |
| Pets |
Owner's pets must be approved by the Board in advance. No Guests, Family Members or Renters may bring pets on the property. |

Quiet Hours |
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. No heavy noise producing activity (i.e. trades) from 6pm to 8am Monday through Saturday and all day Sunday. Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times. |

Boats must be pre-registered with the office. Owner must present Registration with proof of ownership and certificate of insurance with minimum liability of $100K. |
